Processing is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting a form or accepting cookies. For the contact form, processing may also be necessary to take steps prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We use trusted third-party services to operate these forms: Formspree (contact form) and MailerLite (newsletter). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, applying appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by GDPR. We also use Google Analytics for anonymised traffic statistics.
Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form or newsletter sign-up.
